TRS President and Chief Minister of Telangana K Chandrasekhar Rao has been keen on spreading his political wings at national level.
The foundation stone for the new TRS Party office in Delhi is likely to be laid next month in Vasanth Vihar.
The office is going to be built in a 1100 sq mts area that was allocated by the Center.
Initially three to four places were suggested and the TRS representatives have finalized on the Vasanth Vihar land with the consent of KCR.
On Oct 9, the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs sent an official letter about the land allotment and asked to pay Rs 8.62 Cr towards lease amount and ground rent.
The party sources said that once the party office gets ready sometime in the middle of 2021, then KCR will spend at least 10 days a month there.
So, KCR is focussed on 2023/24 elections to make his presence felt in a big way by forming a federal with non-Congress and non-BJP parties at the national level as he planned in 2019.
