The format remains the same with each of the eight teams playing against each other . Two points will be awarded to the winner of each match while one point is awarded to either team in case of no result. The result will be decided via a ‘Super Over’ in case of a tie.
The top four teams in the standings will qualify for the knock-outs. The top two teams will lock horns in the Qualifier 1 and the winner goes straight into the Final.
The loser of Qualifier 1 waits for the result of the Eliminator, which will be played between the third and fourth placed teams, and then play the winner of that in Qualifier 2 for a place in the Final.
